Wow! Can I be sarcastic too. It isn’t expensive and I continue to believe that DEQ is playing into Susan’s hands. We completed the leak test and submitted it on time. DEQ had questions. We answered the questions along with a site tour for them. Then they sent us a warning letter with an opportunity to correct. Can they send us that letter – yes. Could this have been handled differently – yes. It is what it is and if we breathe through the nostril SH believes we shouldn’t have then she is going to have a field day.
BTW – We are discharging to the river now.
