Hi Tina,

The plant and irrigation has been operating much better. Leak test is underway.

We hope to begin biosolids removal sometime between the 1st and 8th of September.

I saw water draining in creamery creek on Saturday morning, but we had substantial rain Friday night and Coleman was irrigating as well with the river water. The water was more likely due to the rain since the creek has been dry up until that point.

I was wondering if you happened to download the update RWUP the Bill Fasth posted on the Hightail site? I cannot find a saved copy of the update and was hoping you might have downloaded and saved it. The link is now expired. See attached email.

Thanks,

Jenn

Dear Jennifer-

Thanks for updating us about the website. I put together the attached document last week, which lists most of the same documents you have below. Although not technically required by the CD, I think you should go ahead and post all the DMRs for this year. Let me know if you guys would like to discuss this or if you need copies of anything- and please do send us screen shots when you have that ready.

How is everything out there today? Are things going smoothly again with the Coleman irrigation now that the main is fixed? Have any of you observed that culvert/Creamery drainage recently?

Also, have you finalized the dates for the biosolids application?

Hope you had a nice weekend,

Tina

Hi Tina,

Just following up on the website. I have been working with Dan Zinder to start a draft of the new webpage. He has a little more work to do before we make it public. I can send you screen shots of the page with the site description/overview prior to making it “live”.

Here are the document’s that I proposed to post on the site, based on the CD language (all documents will be posted as .pdfs):

· DMR(s) – last 90 days only

o Jason – please set up a location on the W:\ drive to save all Final DMR’s for Dan to post if we don’t already do so

· NPDES Permit No. 101514

· RWUP – latest update 2015

· I & I – Current Plan – 2014

o Need to submit update to DEQ

· Biosolids Plan - 2014

· Brad Johnson & Ralph Puiser – Site approval notifications from DEQ

· Sewer Distribution Map (see attached)
