Thanks, Jen. Under the consent decree, the City must meet with all irrigators prior to irrigation. The relevant language is below.
22. Each year, prior to the commencement of the irrigation season, the City shall meet with all irrigators and their staff to train them on compliance with the RWUP and any specific issues of concern at their properties, including the potential for overspray, compliance with set backs, prevention of ponding, and evaluation of run-off potential.

We have met with Jeff Kylo a couple times as well. They are the only other irrigator on a timed system.

Good Morning,
I spoke with Jason this morning, here is the following WWTP update.
· Lagoons are at 11.4 feet and 12.1 feet
· Jason is preparing the plant to irrigate next Tuesday at Coleman’s
· Pre-irrigation checklist have been completed, including onsite meeting with Coleman
· Final SOP draft, including Tiffany’s statement request will be completed today.
