The invoice sent via email today was in addition to the one you received a couple weeks ago.

As for warranty, we did not provide any hardware or installation services that could be warranted. The City bought the hardware and hired the installer.

If a problem is found with the software changes we made, we will correct that but the operation of all five pumps was tested thoroughly and programming cannot change itself.
