I spoke with Marlene from ODOT this morning and they haven’t been putting them out in the past, according to her. She did say that they cost about $500-$800 to put outL

Chief Ron Lucich, ((cell 971-253-9992) Molalla Police Dept. call me today concerned about the signing for traffic control for the parade. He asked if the portable VMS sign will be installed at Hwy 213/211 vicinity. He would like you to call him on Monday when you return.

As the permit says, the City of Molalla public works is responsible for the signing and traffic control, so this would likely need to be Molalla’s responsibility however they choose to do that as long as it meets the MUTDC.
