Attachments: image002.png; Garrett - Do you know if the leaf vacuum was a shared cost? Also, Dan has directed us to not sweep the MRSD parking lots any further. As for the mowing Clark Park we can look at either purchasing a larger mower or contract it out. Also on many occasions we have excavated trenches, play structure dig outs. · We also own a leaf vacuum with the MRSD. I know you and I spent a few hours of our time, you more than I, discussing with them how we could provide the baseball field a direct water service. Thanks, Jenn From: Dan Huff [mailto:dhuff@cityofmolalla.com] Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2014 3:17 PM To: 'Sadie Cramer'; 'Heather Penni'; Rod Lucich; 'Jennifer Cline'; 'Diana Hadley' Subject: Molalla River School District Team – As you have time over the next week or two please compile a list of casual and actual services we provide to the Molalla River School District. This process may take conversations with your Staff. If there is monetary value in anything we do then I want to know what service that would entail. Unwritten agreements and/or understandings need to be identified and discontinued possibly. This potential litigation over the pool may have the real effect of layoffs in the Police Department as well as Administration so I don’t want you to think I am just being punitive or vindictive. We are all community minded and believe in the public good as it should be. However, our “partner” does not and we need to be cognizant of that issue. I am not interested in a group hug when someone is peeing on my shoes. I am not saying don’t do your job. What I am saying is that there is not a two way street with regard to respect and understanding and we need to recognize that separation in everything.
