Looks like a few notes were missed. The City requires mechanical restraints unless a restraint is required for an unknown location. Please see the underlined standard and mark ups. Please make a correction to the note.
Also, please include Mike’s comments regarding the note for the 4” storts adaptors.
Once I have received these changes, the plans can be approved. Once we receive the Right-of-way permit and return it approved you may begin work in the right-of-way.

I had the engineer make the changes / revisions to the plans you sent me yesterday. These changes are reflected in the attached .pdf files. Please let me know of any questions/comments regarding these revisions. I am heading out shortly to travel to OHA to submit plans and fees for their review and approval. Pete Farrelly, OHA, has agreed to expedite our project as he understands that time is of the essence. I expect his approval to be done tomorrow or early next week at the latest. Once we get a contractor lined up I will submit the ROW permit application and traffic plan. At this point I don’t anticipate any other changes so we will likely proceed with getting materials on order and hiring a contractor. Please let me know immediately if you have concerns with this approach.
