Hi David,
In response to your note 2, the City did have a copy of our last WW System Classification Worksheet for Operator Certification on file with our attorney. I have also included a new copy as well completed by Jason Clifford, the DRC for the WWTP.
In response to note 3, I have some concerns if a reclassification is in order that the department would bring this to the City’s attention well in advance of the reclassification start date.
Jeff - Side note… the documents I received from Lynn are not the actual classification spreadsheet, so do we want to reword?

The reasons we need this include the following:
1. We cannot find the original.
2. Apparently your records don’t include a copy.
3. We need this to verify that your facility is classified correctly regarding the collection and treatment levels, in case of a legal challenge as to the accuracy of your facility’s collection and treatment level classifications.

Hi David,
Can you please provide insight as to why the request to complete this form has been made to the City at this time? It is my understanding this is typically completed during the NPDES permitting process in order to determine the correction Classification for the next NPDES permit. Is this not the case?
