Hello Jennifer. I just left you a voice mail message, asking you to check your records when you get a chance, and see if you have a copy of the Operator Certification Classification Worksheet. It looks something like the attached. We think Lyle, before he retired, had Jon fill one out in 2012 sometime, but we’re unable to locate it. Please let me know, one way or another, if you find it. If you do, an e-mail version is fine. Thanks.
