Regarding the spill on May 11th at the plant. I thought we submitted a report that detailed all the work that had been done to correct and prevent future issues. David’s email does not indicate he has or has not read the July 2nd submittal.
Attachment E of the report include the new wiring diagram (engineering drawing)
Attachment H of the report included the scope recent work as displayed in the wiring diagram.

· Attached are emails confirming the SCADA work has been complete. I have request in for the invoice of the work.
· I also have a request into GPEC for the data sheet on the probe that was installed outside the SCADA system as a backup.

The Report we submitted on July 2 contains much of this information, but not at the level of detail requested by DEQ, particularly as to the backup hardwired alarms on the AB, but even for the work completed by IS, the specific information requested by David Cole is only partially present (as he puts it: “design drawings, parts list, time to install, etc.”) The information contained within the July 2 Report is a good start, but Molalla will need to provide the additional engineering detail he requested. We will email David back, and let’s talk on Monday about how to address this.
