Jennifer,
I just checked and you are correct, we deferred the modeling until the next fiscal year. The estimate for putting together the model and a simple memo highlighting the modeling results (both current and future capacity issues) is $34,500. The money saved by not performing the WWTF evaluation is $26,800.
Let me know if you’d like for us to get started on putting the model together. We’d be happy to but we could also wait until the City’s next fiscal year.
In the meantime, based on the flow monitoring results, I’ll work with Rylee here to start putting together an initial plan for CCTV and smoke-testing.
