It’s okay. I used some information you provided to us for prioritizing the smoke testing and CCTV work.
At this point, I’m just going to focus on finishing the CCTV work we currently have contracted. I won’t be able to make any additional expenditures this year until the next budget cycle beginning July 1st. Which means smoke testing most likely won’t begin until August.

I just left you a voice mail. Here are the e-mails I sent you last year with regard to a formal I/I memo and our initial flow meter analysis. I may be overly conscious of not spending Molalla budget, so please let me know if you’d like us to get started on an actual write-up prior to the CCTV work being completed.
We should talk smoke-testing soon, as the ideal time to do the work is July/August but it generally takes a few months get fully prepared and have enough lead time for public notifications and coordination with police/fire.
