Here’s the Cooperative Operating Agreement between Molalla and Canby if there’s discharge to the Molalla River outside our permitted window and if we exceed TDL’s per the NPDES permit.
The intention of the following communication and notification procedures is to notify
Canby's downstream drinking water treatment plant (DWTP) that something from
Molalla's publicly owned treatment works (POTW) discharge may have an impact on the
raw water source for the Canby DWTP.
