Attached is the plan sheet for the Pond Inlet & Outlet structures detailing the valve design. I do not think there is a stem valve as shown for the butterfly valve out let pipe to Pond #2. I will also send some recent photos I’ve taken. Between the photos and plan sheet you can roughly calculate that the magic number is 8-ft for Lagoon #1 to prevent water over the spillway. We are currently at 10.1’ in Lagoon #1.

 

I have the full set of plans, with additional details on the lagoons (some are below) that I’m sure will be helpful with your investigations. Keep in mind there have been some changes to the system with the 2007 upgrades. This file is quite large. Do you happen to have a share file or ftp site I can share the file through?
