The permit expired due to DEQ’s 5-year cycle of their general NPDES permit. All 1200-C permits are required to be renewed. After renewal ML Houck can transfer the permit into their name. Attached is a completed permit renewal application. Can you please sign and return a scan to MSA, as well as mail the original to me? I have an inquiry in to DEQ asking if they require the original application or if a copy is sufficient. There is no DEQ fee for renewal. MSA can submit the application to DEQ. Thanks!
