A PDF of the TCP is attached for your review. On TCP sheets 39 & 40 we added notes to address alerting motorcyclists when traffic is allowed to drive on gravel surfacing. We also plan to comply with comments #35 and #38, which are related to street signs. Revised sheets to address those comments will be prepared. Also attached is the ODOT comment log. If you are okay with the revised TCP and comment log responses we would like to send them to both ODOT and M.L. Houck. Please let us know if you see a need for any changes to the attachments, and give us a call if you have any questions. Per your discussion with ODOT maintenance staff a short time ago it sounds like they would be able to issue the R/W permit if we addressed the TCP comments. Have you had any further discussion with the ODOT maintenance staff regarding the permit?
