From: Randall Stark Sent: Wednesday, July 29, 2015 11:06 AM To: Jim Pex <Jim.Pex@msa-ep.com> Subject: Molalla Avenue - Planter Strip in front of Church N. of 3rd Street Hi Jim, Per our discussion I added a planter strip adjacent to the curb, which is what the church currently has. Here’s a street view of existing conditions: The new curb line will be about 3’ further west than the existing curb line, so the planter strip will not be in the same location as it currently is. If the church was thinking that their existing planter strip would remain unchanged maybe they should be made aware of the proposed curb line & planter location. Attached is the revised surface improvements CAD file containing the revisions. Making this change also eliminated 2 tree wells at this location. Please send the CAD file to HDJ for landscape design background and let them know about the change over the file we sent(?) yesterday.
