Jenn – I talked to Greg and he said the sewer adjustment at 19+00 goes to the strip mall with the Blockbuster in it. I’m not seeing it on the plans, but he said there is or was paint. Let me know if you agree.
He also confirmed that there are 8 total and agreed that we already paid for two in April.

Jenn – just an FYI, here is some backup from Greg.
RE: Bid item 8 – Removal of Structures and Obstructions – I have suggested that we pay 35% instead of 50% based on what they have done thus far. Houck concurs with this change. Agreed
RE: Bid item 14 – Reconnect Existing Sewer Service Connection – Greg provided stations for the 8 quantity, as follows: 7+80, 8+90, 10+15, 12+55, 18+75, 19+00, 24+60, and 26+55. I am thinking we already paid for 24+60 and 26+55 in April (this is when they installed the storm line in that area). Can you confirm? Also, can you check the other six against your records to verify?
Agreed 24+60 & 26+55 were paid in April.
There is a gas line shown at Sta. 19+00, I am unaware what the conflict was and don’t recall any sewer adjustment made at that location.
