At the pre-con I believe we discussed an end of month cut-off date for the pay apps (i.e. the pay app would include work through the last day of the month). Does this work for you? Yes Also, when does the City process the checks and how many days prior does the approved pay app need to be submitted? The Precon Agenda outlined the process. Note that a copy of each cover sheet and spreadsheet should be saved each month (usually in pdf and excel format). Let me know if you have any questions, the spreadsheet does tend to get more complicated as the project moves forward, especially if there are quantity changes or change orders.
