Hi Jennifer,
Please find attached a PDF of the 100% cost estimate for the Molalla Avenue project as well as a Word version of the 100% Bid Documents / Special Provisions.
The 100% unsigned plans and a PDF of the Bid Documents / Special Provisions with all of the appendices included can be found at the links below.
I believe the only outstanding items are ODOT’s comments on the signing at Main Street and the associated ODOT permit. I understand you were going to follow up with ODOT to discuss the signing. Let us know if you need anything from us on this matter. Once ODOT’s comments are resolved we will sign the plans and specs and prepare the bid documents for advertisement.
