Hi Chris,

Thank you for checking in. I think next Wednesday afternoon at 1 PM will work. Ken will already be here for our weekly construction meeting.

Does that work well for all?

Hi Jen,

I just wanted to check to see if you were able to download and review all of the 90% deliverables.

Also, we would like to set up a time to meet with the City and review the deliverables. Are you available next Tuesday afternoon? We could also make Wednesday work if needed.

Thanks!

Subject: Molalla Avenue - 90% deliverables

Hi Jennifer,

Please find attached a PDF of the 90% cost estimate for the Molalla Avenue project as well as PDF and Word versions of the 90% Bid Document / Special Provisions. The current construction cost estimate is $2.15M, which includes a 10% contingency.

The 90% plans are too large to email and can be found at the link below. Note that HDJ is updating the landscape sheets based on your comments about the concrete pad for the bike plaza. As such, we have not included the landscape sheet with the plan set and will send them separately.

We look forward to any comments the City may have on the 90% deliverables. Thanks and have a great weekend!
