Hi Sarah,
Attached is the revised Pay App 1. We made the following changes per our previous discussions:
· Modified the retainage for MOH to 5%
· Increased Construction Survey to 21%
· Removed Invoice 33041 from the MOH and updated the backup on the MOH tab accordingly.
Let me know if this looks good to you and I will sign the Pay App and send it to the City today. Thanks!
