Importance: Normal

I asked Cody, the electrician, to have Sarah submit the project sheet identifying the type of conduit. Was that done yet? I don’t recall seeing it. If not I will bring it up in our meeting today.

Subject: Molalla Ave Improvements - proposed bore locations

Hi Luanne,

The Contractor for the Molalla Ave project is proposing to bore the conduit for the illumination in the following two locations, as shown on the attached PDF:

· Station 16+40 to 17+80, east side of Molalla Ave – they would like to bore using PGE approved HDPE conduit in order avoid a building awning that overhangs the sidewalk and to avoid a communications line in Ross Street.

· Station 19+20 to 19+80, east side of Molalla Ave – they would like to bore using PGE approved HDPE conduit in order avoid a building awning that overhangs the sidewalk

· Station 23+60 to 24+40, east side of Molalla Ave – they would like to bore using PGE approved HDPE conduit in order avoid damaging the roots of a large tree adjacent to the project, as requested by the City

I marked up the current plans with these requested locations. Note that the previous plans Darlene sent over on 3/18/16 was missing a note to deleted the conduit crossing on Main Street that PGE requested. This note has now been added.

Let us know if these bore locations are acceptable.

Thanks!
