Jenn – for what it is worth, MSA has worked with ML Houck on a similar roadway project we designed for the City of Woodburn. Both the City and the MSA PM indicated that they did a fine job and were fair to work with.

We have reviewed the M.L. Houck bid package and everything appears to be in order.
· Bid signed
· Addenda acknowledged
· Bid bond included
· Prequalification requirements met
We will issue the Notice of Intent to Award to the bidders today. The City will need to wait seven days before issuing the notice of award.
A complete bid tabulation for all bidders is attached. While we did note a few minor math errors, none of them affected the overall results.
