Hi Jenn - attached is Houck's price reduction with my markups for the four light pole foundations that were eliminated from the project as well as the other minor mods identified in CPR #1. As I noted at today's meeting, they did not take into account 4 JBs that are also eliminated along with the pole foundations, so the credit should be ~$1,276.

 

Note that PGE is providing the pole foundations and is providing and installing the actual poles and luminaires, so those savings aren't reflected here.

 

Let me know if you have any additional comments and I will send this back to ML Houck. Thanks!

Attached is a copy of the pricing summary from Signal Construction Group showing a net decrease in price of $584.56 for the changes to illumination per Change Proposal Request 1.

 

We're not sure how your paperwork is supposed to flow. Do we sign the CPR 1 as is and the decrease is taken care of when you issue the change order? Do you reissue the CPR 1 to show the decrease and then we sign it? Where do we go from here?
