As I noted at today's meeting, they did not take into account 4 JBs that are also eliminated along with the pole foundations, so the credit should be ~$1,276. Note that PGE is providing the pole foundations and is providing and installing the actual poles and luminaires, so those savings aren't reflected here. We're not sure how your paperwork is supposed to flow. Do we sign the CPR 1 as is and the decrease is taken care of when you issue the change order?
