Just a reminder that we will be having our first progress meeting this Thursday. Randy will be representing MSA, as I will be out.

In the meantime, here is a list of outstanding items that we are tracking.

A. Submittals Pending Responses –

a. Submittal 4 – Schedule

i. Revise & Resubmit per MSA comments

ii. Update per modification parking lane section.

b. Submittal 5 – Commercial Grade Concrete

i. Submit specified items per MSA response.

ii. Revise & Resubmit per MSA response.

c. Submittal 6.1 – Revised Traffic Control Plan per CPR 3

i. MSA to review revised TCP once updated schedule is available.

d. Submittal 7 – Erosion Control Plan

i. Provide evidence of transfer of 1200-C permit.

e. Submittal 10 – Electrical and Lighting –

i. Revise & Resubmit per MSA response.

B. Change Proposal Requests Pending Responses –

a. CPR No. 1 – Illumination System

i. Waiting for response from ML Houck. Submit credit.

b. CPR No. 2 – Traffic Control Signing

i. Waiting for response from ML Houck. Any change in price?

c. CPR No. 3 – 10 Inch Cement Treated Subgrade

i. Waiting for updated schedule from ML Houck.

C. Anticipated Future Submittals –

a. Erosion Control Materials

b. Quality Control Plan – per MSA email on 4/4/16, submit QC plan to MSA, as required by the ODOT MFTP.

c. Aggregate Base, including trench backfill – it appears that trench backfill is already being installed for the storm line. Submit materials ASAP.

f. Level 3, ½ Inch Dense MHMAC Mixture
