Jenn and Ken,
Greg from ML Houck just called and mentioned that they will have Carlson testing to do their quality control testing. I understand that HDJ also has Carlson on the team to do the City’s quality assurance to confirm the Contractor’s results (i.e. Carlson’s results). Greg just wanted to make sure we were okay with having Carlson on both sides. Carlson is a reputable firm so I would not anticipate issues, but wanted to get the City’s input.
