Dan is out of the office tomorrow and we need to discuss the additional assistance from B/C with our finance director next week. We have been spending at an accelerated rate from the FY 2015/16 professional service budget for Wastewater. At this time without revisiting our budget with Dan and Heather first, I cannot commit to Bill’s services on Monday.
We have not seen any additional coliform counts failures since the last. Luckily the temperatures have been sporadic enough to allow a cooling off period.

Attached is the scope and contract amendment for Brown & Caldwell’s assistance with compliance training. Please take a look and then we can discuss. If possible, we would like to have David Hill come out and meet with Jennifer and Jason on Monday to begin the project. Will that timing work? I would come out as well to coordinate with David and ensure that he is focused on this specific task. One thing to add is that David said he can design the training to count for continuing education credits for the operators. Hopefully that will make them a little happier to participate (we know they are busy running the facility).
Also, Jennifer- we have been worried about the coliform counts with these high temps- have the results been ok so far? Crossing our fingers.
