Hi Phil,
The meeting location is at the Adult Center, 305 Kennel Street. I believe the executive session is before the council meeting at 6 or 6:30, however, I will check with Sadie first thing in the morning to confirm.
I do have a few questions regarding Biosolids Removal tomorrow. It’s an out of the box idea, but not a bad idea. I am free all morning to discuss it and anything we need to follow up on for the I/I plan.
