LOL - your city is still dumb enough to use Ring Bender - that's hilarious! You might want to check with El Hefe about the DEQ meeting he, Ring and Cline had about DEQ's ongoing investigations and concerns about your sleazy wastewater "facility". I just got an earful from DEQ about it. Capital improvement plan???? Ha ha! And you might want to ask El Hefe to furnish the absolute hoot of a lagoon leak test "report" filed by your Larry, Darrell and Darrell play wastewater operators. It is a treasure! DEQ is all over that "report" (I love how the "report" cover letter admits all kinds of things broke or failed and that your sleazy city can't afford to fix them. There is a great account of using sheet metal to try to isolate the lagoons! And now Cline is slow to respond to the coming investigation about that leak test (I bet she is running scared by now!). Nice talent you hire - NOT! But again, nothing kills a career more than "working" for Molalla!). Have a great day, I am as the reports and violations flow in. The ink is barely dry on the lawsuit and you have to pay Ring/Bender to send out this notice? How much did they charge you for that? I'm so glad Crag is non-profit, will continue to help us for years to come!
Will El Hefe tell the council the truth - the whole truth about DEQ's spotlight on your city wastewater practices? DEQ is not going to back down because the lawsuit put the spotlight of failure on them as well. I have a treasured email from the Deputy Director of DEQ admitting that they have not done a good job with Molalla in the past but are now committed to do a much better job. Sounds great to me!
So sorry you changed from a rational person who knew Molalla was/is a mess to a Tea Party apologist but I guess that's what politicians do - they cave for votes.
