Curran-McLeod is currently our engineer on record. However, all correspondence should initiate through the City. If you have specific engineering questions that pertain to public works infrastructure please send the questions to myself and include Nicholas as well. Although Nicolas and I work closely with each other on developer projects, it’s always best to keep both of use in the email chain.

Hassan asks that I send all inquiries to the City first.
I just wanted to know the answer to my question below because Hassan was not invited to our recent pre-application conference for our Bear Creek PUD. Does that mean he does not do engineering review for the City any longer?
He reviewed and approved our construction documents on the Big Meadow project and I was thinking about who my engineer should send questions to, if any, during preparation of preliminary engineering documents for Bear Creek’s application plan set. Should they bounce questions off of you or Hassan?
I just want to follow the right channels of communication, so that when the project moves from preliminary plans to final engineering plans the reviewer of the final plans is hopefully the person who made comments on the preliminary plans. Molalla is growing and adding staff, so I want to tell NW Engineers who the correct person to contact is.
