Hi Mark,
We are on track to start a dry test run in June. We have a planned meeting with DEQ scheduled at the end of April as well.
The leak test will be performed in late August, early September after biosolids removal.
We will be repairing the isolation valve here shortly as the levels are dropping in the lagoons. However, we are proposing to run the test as one lagoon system. It makes sense for accuracy reasons since we have no way to identify the flows between the two lagoons.
