Hey Jennifer everything looks fine other than the dates? You would have them attached today and then when would they be removed? The date on the application says 11/30/15 but the insurance is only good until 7/1/15. On 2/1/15 you have agreed to remove the equipment. I need to make sure the dates are correct on the application before I can have it signed and sent back.

As noted in my previous emails, the City has planned to hang the decorations beginning today and has scheduled a man lift to do so. We understand the electrical may not be connected, but do we have permission to hang the decorations on the poles without power at this time?
