Here are the list of poles that need power connection:

Also, talking with Garrett the poles are set up in various, random scenarios. Some have sensors, some do not and some operate off the street lights. I’m not sure what else you may find. If there needs to be some changes or upgrades, please let me know the process for going about it. If PGE can do the work, please let me know what the solutions are and the cost estimate for the work.

Jennifer,

I just spoke with Jason, one of our General Foreman, who is on site in Molalla following your crew and he is advising me of a couple of things. One, it appears as if your crews are connecting the decorations to the disconnects and some are energized and some are not. Once your crew is done, can we get a list of the poles that need connected so I can forward that to our line crew? Second, it appears as if the decorations are not on sensors. Of course, it could be that it is overcast. I just want to make sure that they are or are not on sensors. I have included Jason (GF) and Duane (PGE Planner) on the email so if you could “reply to all” when we have that list it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.

I will get back to you regarding leaving the decorations disconnected prior to the inspection. I don’t think it will be an issue, but plan to call the General Foreman who is going out to the site to verify. I left him a voice mail this afternoon but believe he was already gone.

I am new at the City and unsure of how the bill was paid in the past. However, you can attention the bill to me and send it to the post office box you have on file. The services for the listed poles are already attached and appear to currently be disconnected. We would like to have the services reconnected for use. We plan to hang the decorations beginning tomorrow, Dec. 3rd. Please confirm whether the decorations should remain disconnect until your inspection is complete.

I have also attached the approved Holiday Light Service Request.

Based off your list, poles 210, 83, 89, 219, 382, 85 (on Molalla) and 488, 479, 474, 613, 4623, 218, 391 (on Main) have disconnects for lit Christmas decorations installed and are ready for PGE’s final inspection and hook up? Is there an account that this has been billed to in the past? I assume that the mailing address is: Po Box 248, Molalla, OR 97038. Is it to anyone in particular?
