Attached are the items I have received from Mr. Contreras to date.

1. Dan – The OLCC permit, everything looks adequate and can be signed off on once we receive the COL. The COL naming the City of Molalla as an additional insured should be received tomorrow.

2. Everyone - Please review and if there are any issues or concerns please let Dan and I know.

3. I will be on vacation starting tomorrow returning on May 4th at noon. If you have concerns/questions regarding the submitted information. Please let Mr. Contreras know so he can comply.
