Hi Sadie, I am not aware of the agreement between the City and the Rotary & Kiwanis groups for clean-up. Do you have contacts to call prior to the events that way we can ask for the additional support. I agree we should take advantage of the agreement when needed.
I gave Adam approval prior to the event, that if there needed to be additional help with the clean-up, than he could call 1 additional crew member into help. I will wait for their emails to see what work was done.

Hi,
Regarding Bohlander Field after our conversation...I don't know if our crew responded first thing the day after but the Rotary and Kiwanis groups will come in the day after the event and do a clean-up. This is in agreement to allowing them to raise money to park cars on the field. If they don’t then our crews will go in the next business day to do the clean-up. Please note this is for Bolander field.
The side streets etc, that one is a departmental call between the 2 of you if you want mitigate the issue on a holiday (Q: is it really necessary or did the on call duty member contact Jen to call another person in to assist.) Just looking at minimizing costs we can incur in a situation such as this one. What is the process for "checks and balances".
