While it is not ideal, is it possible for us to meet next week between 2 pm and 5 pm on Thursday the 2nd of July in our offices in Portland? If that does not work, we could also meet on Monday the 6th of July and we could do that in the morning if that works better for you two. As we discussed this meeting needs to address in detail the City’s ability to comply with all components of the current NPDES permit and the Consent Decree before the Council meeting on the 8th.
