Regarding Hezzie Lane. A new planned housing development will most likely require Hezzie Lane to extended north from Main St. The street extension needed for the new development will not extend through the school district. However, the City does own right-of-way between both the school properties for further street expansion. At this time we have no timeline on when a further extension through to Toliver will happen.
