Attachments: image002.png; Aesthetically I would say yes, but that is just my opinion. A couple of comments to make that Molalla is known for having a high ground water table. Recommend placing a 6” perforated pipe, wrapped once in geo-fabric and backfilled with a free draining material on the outside of the footing supporting the concrete blocks. This is shown in the isometric Detail but not the cross-section. There is a skirting involved, and I wanted to make sure this proposal looked okay from an engineer’s perspective.
