It's taken forever, but I have the approved ODOT permit, finally. Please see attached.
As for set up, we will only be putting 2 tables in the gazebo and 2 portable toilets at the edge of the park on the side of the road.

As for the county permit, Clackamas stated that a permit is not necessary. I will forward that email conversation to you here shortly.

Thank you, Tonya. Upon review, it appears this route will occur on county and state highways, therefore will need county and state permits. Please provide copies of those as soon as possible. Once those are received, I can begin routing the event application to all departments for review and approval.
There are only 2 restrooms for that park, one female stall, one male stall. If you do opt to get some portable toilets, let us know as soon as possible the number and the site plan of where you intend on placing them.
There is no reservation cost for the park however, due to the size and number of people, the City may require a refundable deposit of up to $1,000.00. I will let you know how much, if any, it will be. Hopefully by next week. At this point, we’re just waiting for the county and state highway permits and certificate of liability insurance from you.

Please find the event application for our the August 1st Portland Century ride attached as well as maps, route cues, and other supplementary materials.
We have not yet received insurance from our carrier, but I will of course send that along as soon as needed.
To which address should I send the $25 application fee for Long Park?
In Long Park, we will actually not be setting up anything as long as we have use of the gazebo. Do you know how many public toilets are at that park? Depending on the amount, we may want to supplement them with portable toilets in which case I would provide you with a site plan showing where those would be located.
