The fountain does work but we shut it off because it gets vanlalized so often. There is no meter at Long Park but all of the other parks are metered. I do not think we need to meter Long Park. I would like an in ground shut off with a drain to the fountain to winterize it.

Subject: Long Park Bike Plaza
Hi Dennis,
I forgot to ask you about the upcoming Bike Plaza station at Long Park. We are having the station designed behind the sidewalk at front SE corner of long park. A feature of the station is a water fountain, in which I have a few question for you:
· Does the existing fountain work? Just curious?
· If we install a new service line to the new fountain, does this need to be metered? In other words, do we meter our water in the parks currently? I was guessing no.
· If no meter, would you prefer an in ground corp shut off valve for winterizing?
