Hi John,
I actually spoke to Ryan today who let me know the HMI desktop is still crashing/shutting down. This is not happening as often, but still a concern. I think it may need to be replaced this time. I’m assuming the Log me in can be set up at the same time. I would also like to make sure no internet browsers are reloaded when this is done.
I am willing to approve the $99 annual fee to set up the Log Me In.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, we can have Matt set it up at the WTP. I think the only thing we would need your approval on is the $99 annual fee. If that is OK we can get Matt on the schedule to set it up and show the crew how it works.

Good morning,
We were wondering if we could have Industrial Systems set us up with a Log me in account so that we can get access to the SCADA with a our smart phones and/or tablet. The waste water plant already has this set up and Jake said it works great. I spoke with Matt at Industrial systems and he said that it would be no problem to install this but there is a $99 annual fee. If this is something we can do let me know and I can contact Matt and give him the go ahead.
