Thank you for providing the documentation on the bridge inspection.
Please make sure high visibility fence is installed around the entrance ends of the structure as soon as possible. I had the crew install No Trespassing signs yesterday and they mentioned only caution tape is present.
The HVF should be installed on metal fence stakes, typically used with barb wire, with 5-6 zip ties securing the fencing to each post.
