Regarding my question about the technical difficulties- I was not suggesting that we not mention them, but rather asking your opinion about whether we could truthfully state that the test results are still accurate/useful given those issues.
Also, you may be right about that DEQ would not have given another extension, but if we had alerted them to the technical issues before performing the test we would be in a better position, in my opinion.
Jennifer, do you want to incorporate Jason’s comments and mine, or would you like for us to do that?
