The water going to DAF #1 just goes back to the Aeration Basin, but will cause a drop in lagoon #2 and an increase in lagoon #1.

Here’s my initial shot at the leak test report.

The second to last paragraph that talks about the DAFs does not quite fit. I believe I have an idea, however will you please provide detail as to how this technically affected the leak test? For example…

Was this water just recycled back into the lagoons so the loss would be negligent anyways?

Or does it become processed and sent out as effluent and taken into account by those means?
