Hi Ryan,

Here is a link to all the DMRs I have been able to find electronically. If there are a few missing, Jason may be able to help you find them.

Jason should be able to help you gather any additional information on the flows and schedule a time to come out to the plant for the meter inspections.

I have included the latest Leak Test Report information you also requested. Please note the data from the draft submittal was updated and has been included in the excel sheet and final .pdf report. The Molalla Seepage excel file came from DEQ after the initial review.

Please let me know if there is anything else you might need.

Subject: Leak test

Hi Jennifer,

I hope the rest of your meeting with DEQ was productive. I was able to pull up the DMRs on the City website but could only locate the reports for January, February and March of this year. As we discussed in the meeting, I think we need to get a larger range of data. Can you send me (or point me in the right direction on the website) all of the DMRs for 2015?

Additionally, can we get the 2015 recorded flow data from the meters within the plant? The DMRs show the influent flow and effluent flow, along with the depth of the lagoons. In order to complete the full mass balance we discussed and accommodate DEQ’s request to look at all of the meters, we will want to account for the flows for backwash, the DAFs and the filters.

On more item…Dan mentioned to us that you had a copy of the original leakage test that was completed. Will you please email me a copy that we can review?

Thanks for your assistance on this!
