Since you’re including the City notification and RFR contact info, we need to include

· DEQ will be contacted when lagoons reach emergency levels and prior to any unpermitted discharge and

· Operations will prepare to enact the Molalla ERP Spill Response plan in accordance with an unpermitted discharge.

Hi Jason,

In the summary I think it would be wise to include the following information on lagoon levels.

Maximum Lagoon Design Capacity: 12-feet

Critical Lagoon Levels: 12 to 13-feet

Emergency Lagoon Levels: Above 13-feet

If we identify this it allows time for the City to make proper notification that if the situations does not subside, the decision will be made to discharge appropriately.
