No worries. We will be checking to see if we do have the right keys - just in case. Sadie is on vacation this week so her keys were unavailable. We also did not think about the meeting too much since it really wasn’t our meeting and we should have. It worked out though.
If you are comfortable it might be a good idea for us to have your cell phone number for emergencies. My cell number is 541-580-3712. That is not a public number so guard it with your life!

I'm so sorry about the mix up last night with the keys. We've rented to DEQ many times but haven't worked with this particular individual and when the rental check came to us it was written out to the City, that was since corrected but I'm under the impression she didn't think she would need keys as they were here for a trial in which the City would be in attendance.
Jen may have already passed on that we were told that they would be here by 5pm and I stayed until 5:30 but they didn't show. I tried calling but the numbers I had were office numbers and no one was reachable. I tried calling City Hall as well but obviously you were also closed. I ended up thinking to myself, since the City will be here I don't need to worry about the keys - but in hind sight I realize that wasn't the case.
Thanks for running after a key and assisting! I mentioned to Jen that City is issued multiple keys. (6) Feel free to let me know if you need more!

Cecily – I have the breakfast on my calendar. The Mayor is out of town that weekend and George Pottle has a prior commitment. I have sent the invitation to Councilor Russ Riggs since he is also the liaison to the seniors. I will send the flier to the balance of Council today. Hello Dan,
I hope this finds you well! I've been asked to chair the Kiwanis Prayer breakfast this year and it's coming together beautifully. I've attached a flyer for you and am looking for a representative from the City to give an update or a message about the City. The message can be anywhere from 2-10 minutes. This can be the Mayor, a Councilor, Yourself, Chief Lucich, anyone you think best. I'd also like to drop by some tickets for you and City staff. Can you let me know how many you think you and your team would like?
The Breakfast is Sat. May 16th at 9am and is being held at the Adult Center this year. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
