Already taken, but I’m not giving up hope. I spoke to Dan and unfortunately we don’t have the Urban Renewal funds to purchase the property. However, from the cities perspective we would be contributing to the future business with street improvements on both sides of the property along Hart and Metzler. I will send the application for the 3d rendering project later today.
