Mitch - It is hard to say who the contact person will be at this point, it will depend on who is assigned the weekend on call shift. I will discuss it with Garrett this week to look at the calendar and develop a plan and schedule for the Public Works projects below. The painting projects are going to be weather dependent.

Diana, or whoever she assigns, will be the point of contact at the Library.

Public Works Needs

· Power washing sidewalks at Clark Park & City Hall

· Paint Clark Park Restroom – exterior

· Paint Long Park Restroom – exterior

· Ivor Davies Park – Remove black berries and trim trees/brush around Pond Trail

Library Needs

· Power wash Library

· Paint Library restrooms – interior

· By request, help move Furniture and book shelving

Awesome. If you can provide the lead person for each project that would work great. If you can set a time after Jan 1st for each, we can have a good chance of providing volunteers to do the work.
